Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pricivo Pro
Pricivo Pro is currently $14.99 USD per month unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. It renews automatically until canceled. We do not currently offer a weekly Pro billing option.
Trials
A new account may be offered a one-time free trial. If a trial is offered, the length and billing date shown in the Stripe checkout flow control. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
Cancellation
Cancel through Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains available through that period unless the billing portal states otherwise.
Refund requests
If you were charged in error, or request a refund within 7 days of a charge and have not made meaningful use of paid features during that billing period, contact team@trypricivo.com. Other requests are considered case by case. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory refund rights under applicable law.
Pattern results are not a refund guarantee
A pattern that requires fit adjustment, a test garment, printer recalibration, or additional measurement review is not automatically considered a billing error. Pricivo is a computational drafting tool and does not guarantee physical fit. We will still review technical failures, duplicate charges, inaccessible paid features, or other service problems in good faith.
Account deletion
Deleting your account is separate from ordinary cancellation. The deletion flow attempts to cancel an active linked Stripe subscription before deleting the account and may end access immediately. Account deletion does not automatically refund the current billing period.
